• Mr. Walsh has 20+ years of reservoir engineer experience specializing in well performance analysis and acquisitions valuation
• From 2009-2016, Mr. Walsh served as Sr. Manager of Business Development for Pioneer Natural Resources where he led the technical efforts evaluating new basin entries as well as corporate and asset-level A&D
• Developed technical and data room materials for the $1.7B Wolfcamp Shale JV with Sinochem
• Prior to HOG, Mr. Walsh was VP and EVP of Engineering at Talon Oil & Gas III and Elephant Oil and Gas
• Led effort across multiple US Basins for Talon’s large format PDP strategy resulting in over $3B in asset evaluations
• Generated technical underpinning for Elephant’s entry into the core of the Powder River Basin
• Mr. Walsh holds an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University
