Mark Hiduke

• Prior to founding HOG, Mr. Hiduke founded and served as CEO of PCORE Exploration & Production I & II, private E&P companies with backing from Natural Gas Partners
• Preceding PCORE, Mr. Hiduke was Supervisor of Acquisitions & Divestitures at Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD) where he completed over $6 billion in A&D activity including the JV of Pioneer’s Eagle Ford asset with Reliance Industries and the Wolfcamp Shale JV with Sinochem and the sales of Pioneer’s Alaskan, Barnett and Tunisian assets
• Mr. Hiduke started his career as an investment banking analyst at Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, and also worked in the energy investment banking group of Toronto Dominion Securities
• Mr. Hiduke holds a M.B.A from Southern Methodist University, as well as a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University
